Expansive glass doors slide open to a cantilevered upper level deck and the adjacent swim spa below, blurring the boundary between inside and out. A giant steel moment frame allows for tall ceilings and generous glazing, making the compact footprint feel spacious. Flexible living is supported by large sliding partitions and polished concrete floors, while the clean stucco exterior and standing seam metal roof give the building a crisp, modern and durable presence.
